The lessons of history need to be told and retold to each generation, else they run the risk of being forgotten and possibly lost forever. It isn't enough to keep historical artifacts safe from the degradation of time. If they aren't used to inspire and enlighten then they aren't being fully preserved.
That's why we need your help to bring the archives alive, and keep history relevant and vital.
Our current needs include:
- Computer hardware and software: $5,000
- Legal, financial and professional consultation: $5,000
- Storage containers: $1,000
We might be interested in your old equipment. For instance, if you have a used Nikon Coolscan film scanner, we'd definitely be interested in that. Also, different models of high-end scanners as well as Macintosh computer hardware that's not too old. Other used equipment could be of interest, too.
We'd also like to hear from you if you have a collection of old photos or films or other items gathering dust in your attic or garage and think they could be of historical significance.
Let us help you make your mark on history and get it out of the box!
